You’re Invited! Ohio Republican Party’s  Multi-County Training Seminar for all Candidate & Campaign Managers being held Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 10am-3pm at the Licking County Republican Party’s Headquarters 48 N. Fourth St., Newark, OH 43055

If you’re an elected official or candidate, you’re considering running for office or you plan to help with a local campaign, this training opportunity is for you! This class is open to any interested Republican candidate or activist who wants to learn more about running a campaign and lives in Licking, Delaware, Knox, Coshocton, Muskingum, Perry, Franklin and Fairfield Counties.

ORP training and educational materials are free.  Boxed lunches provided for $8 per person payable the day of the training.  Please RSVP by May 20th to  Susan Waidner at

Volunteer Opportunities at the Licking County Republican Headquarters

The Licking County Republican Party has  volunteer hours throughout April and May.  We will be posting our hours at the end of each week for the following week.  Right now we have volunteer opportunities at the Licking County Republican Headquarters, 48 N. 4th St., Newark on the following days.
Monday, April 8th anytime between 4-7:30pm;

Tuesday, April 9th & Thursday April 11th anytime between  4- 6pm.
Thursday, April 18th 6pm there will be a Grassroots Committee meeting to discuss 2013 campaigns and volunteer opportunities for various campaign events and or research projects.
Saturday, June 8th at the Licking County Republican Headquarters the Ohio Republican Party will host a Multi-County Campaign Training Seminar from 10am – 3pm.More details to follow on this event.

Judicial Questionnaires for attorneys interested in an appointment to fill a judicial vacancy in Court of the Licking County Domestic Relations Division

Judicial Questionnaires for attorneys interested in an appointment to fill a judicial vacancy in Court of the Licking County Domestic Relations Division, can be obtained by contacting Billie Fiore, Chairman of the Licking County Republican Party at LCRepublicanHQ@gmail.com or 740-345-0500. Applicants will need to provide their full name, address, email, date of admission to practice law in Ohio, and telephone number when requesting a Judicial Questionnaire Application. In addition to the Judicial Questionnaire, applicants will need to submit a complete resume, background check form, cover letter and recommendations. Judicial Questionnaire Applications are available beginning March 15th. Applicants must submit two versions of the required documents: 1) A paper submission – all documents must be packaged in one envelope, postmarked on or before March 22, 2013, and mailed to: Licking County Republican Headquarters 48 North Fourth Street Newark, Ohio 43055.  2) An electronic submission, which must be emailed to Licking County Republican Headquarters (LCRepublicanHQ@gmail.com) by 5:00 PM on March 22, 2013.

If selected as one of the top three applicants, the paper submission of the documents will be forwarded to the Governor’s Office for consideration.
