July  31st - No Executive Cmt meeting as we encourage folks to attend the booster dinner and work the hartford fair.

Aug 4th – 10th – LCRP Republican Booth at the Hartford Fair – We need Volunteers to fill hours between 11am to 7pm each day.  Please call Travis at 740-345-0500 to sign up to work   We hope if everyone commits to work at least one 2hour shift, we will be covered, but as of today, we have a lot of time slots available between 11am-noon each day which is great times to meet families with children who come to ride rides as well as to meet so many of the amazing 4H youth who stay at the fair all week. Another time slot that is in need of help is 4pm-5pm as it starts to pick up as people get off work and head to the fair.  Most importantly, we need at least 2 more people to help kevin bennett set up the booth on the 4th.  We have the boxes ready so it requires helping hang the banners and yard signs in the booth, setting up the literature table, so we meet at HQ to load up then drive to the fairgrounds to set up.  Call Travis today to sign up.  Thank you.  740-345-0500

Aug 14-17th – LCRP Republican Booth at the Pataskala Street Fair - Aug 14th, 15th, 16th from 5pm-9pm each night and on parade day, Sat., Aug 17th we open the booth at 11am until 8pm (we need people to set up the booth and take it down on the last day.  Call Travis at HQ today 740-345-0500

Wednesday, AUGUST 28th Licking County Republican Party’s ANNUAL Rally – Picnic – 5:30pm-7:30 ( no cost to attend.) LCRP supplies the meats and beverages.  We ask that people bring a potluck side dish or dessert to share. This Annual event is a tradition to wrap up the summer fair season and KICK-OFF the Fall campaign season.  Come mingle with and hear from our elected officials from the state, as well as local elected and hear about the great things on the horizon for this year’s 2019 election and the 2020 election.  This year the rally-picnic returns to a favorite location at the home of Anne Evens at the intersection of Rte 37 and Rte 310 in the Johnstown area – The Evans have a lovely pond and shelter area within a beautiful outdoor setting.  Howie and Debbie used to host this event years back and Anne is looking forward to this wonderful end of summer event. Please bring a lawn chair and side dish.  Please RSVP with the number of attendees and what dish you hope to bring to share – call Travis at HQ 740-345-0500
