 Banquet Dinner 6:30pm – Social ;  7:00pm – Dinner ($55 per person)

Pork & Chicken Duet – Herb Roasted Pork Loin topped with Thyme demi glace paired with Chicken Breast topped with Chardonnay Cream Sauce. Served with Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Haricot Vert.

 Walleye with Caribbean Salsa – Cajun Seasoned Baked Walleye with Fresh Black Bean & Mango Salsa. Served with Rice Pilaf & Bahama Blend Vegetable Medley.

 Veggie- Grilled Portabella Mushroom- Served with Ratatouille & Couscous.
